Do You Know Who Your Best Employee Is?

To everyone that works for me: you know I love you guys, right? But I gotta admit a deep, dark secret. If I were asked who my best employee is? I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said that he/she was not even human. This person works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When it comes to sales, he or she delivers exactly what I tell them to. He or she is my best customer service rep, he or she never has a bad day, and doesn’t want Medical or Dental. He or she doesn’t even ask me to match their 401k. Can you guess who I’m talking about?
